Eric Bartolozzi was arrested in Cody, Wyoming, where he had moved, on a warrant out of Volusia County, Florida where it is alleged he stole more than $200,000 from homeowners whom he received deposits from for paving services they say they never received. Bartolozzi is facing charges of money laundering exceeding $100,000, organized scheme to defraud $50,000 or more, and misapplying between $1,000 and $100,000 in money received by contractors.
