BACKGROUND
Prior to joining Smith & Eulo, ANNA R. WEISER, ESQ. served as a founding partner of Weiser Law Firm, PA, a full-service immigration law firm handling all aspects of immigration law for over twelve years. Prior to founding Weiser Law Firm, PA, Ms. Weiser acquired over ten years of immigration law experience while working at such well-established law firms as Fragomen, De Rey, Bernsen & Lowey, LLP in New York, NY and Wolfsdorf Rosenthal, LLP in Los Angeles, CA. Ms. Weiser’s past and present clients range from top-ranking Fortune 500 companies with offices around the globe to individual clients seeking to legalize their status in the United States.
Ms. Weiser advises on all aspects of immigration law, including employment-based and investor visas, student visas, family-based adjustment of status, consular processing, deportation defense, asylum, and U.S. citizenship matters. As a graduate of the University of California Los Angeles School of Law, one of the top law schools in the country, Ms. Weiser possesses extensive experience and expertise to handle immigration law matters with the utmost care, professionalism and dedication.
Ms. Weiser practices exclusively immigration law. She is fluent in Russian and has a working knowledge of Spanish. When not attending to the needs of her immigration clients, Ms. Weiser is spending time with her husband and four children.
Education
Ms. Weiser earned a Bachelor of Arts degree with College and Departmental Honors in English and Russian Literature from the University of California Los Angeles having graduated with Phi Beta Kappa and summa cum laude distinctions. Ms. Weiser then went on to earn a Juris Doctorate degree from UCLA School of Law where she was selected as a Finalist at Moot Court and Mock Trial competitions and served as an Articles Editor for Journal of International Law and Foreign Affairs. Ms. Weiser also received American Jurisprudence Awards in Immigration Law, Constitution Law, and Labor Law.
