BACKGROUND

Adam Dinsbier is a dedicated criminal defense attorney with over a decade of experience representing clients in both state and federal court. A Florida native, Adam brings a deep understanding of the local legal landscape and a strong commitment to protecting the rights of the accused.

After earning his Bachelor of Science in Finance from Florida State University, Adam went on to graduate cum laude from Stetson University College of Law. He began his legal career at a Tampa law firm, where he spent 12 years handling a wide range of criminal defense, civil rights, and personal injury cases.

Adam has successfully represented clients in hundreds of criminal matters—including DUIs, domestic violence, drug offenses, battery (including battery on law enforcement), and sex offenses. He is a skilled attorney with a record of vigorously defending his clients’ rights at every stage of the process.

Outside the courtroom, Adam is an avid supporter of Florida State athletics and the Tampa Bay Rays. He also enjoys spending time with his dog.
