Caleb Robinson
Background
Caleb Robinson was born in Chicago, Illinois and moved to Orlando, FL in elementary school. After attending Olympia High School, Caleb enrolled at the University of Central Florida and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in History with minors in Education and Business. After graduating from UCF, Caleb spent some time teaching high school history and reading before pursuing his dream of attending law school.
While at the University of Florida Levin College of Law, Caleb developed a passion for criminal defense and helping those accused of crimes navigate the criminal justice system. During his first year of law school, he served as a Judicial Intern for Judge Keith Carsten, gaining valuable experience in the courtroom. After his second year of law school, Caleb spent his summer in a small rural town in Southern Indiana writing briefs, orders, and other complicated motions for both the city and the Judge, further solidifying his desire to pursue a career as a litigator.
After graduating law school and passing the bar exam, Caleb immediately joined the 9th Judicial Circuit Office of the Public Defender in Downtown Orlando. While an Assistant Public Defender, Caleb handled all types of cases, from 2nd Degree Misdemeanors to 1st Degree Felonies. He successfully completed many felony and misdemeanor trials that resulted in either an acquittal or a not guilty verdict. Caleb brings this experience to the Smith & Eulo Law Firm and is excited to continue to assist those in the Central Florida community and beyond who are facing the difficult experience of being accused of a crime. Caleb knows that every case is different and requires a unique and detailed approach to reach the best possible outcomes for every client.
