Diana E. Rodriguez, Esq., brings more than 38 years of combined experience in the legal field, with a career spanning immigration law, family law, foreclosure defense, and legal advocacy.
A native of Dallas, Texas, Ms. Rodriguez began her legal career in 1986 while attending the University of Texas at Arlington, where she earned her degree in 1990. During this time, she worked as a legal secretary and continued developing her legal expertise by obtaining her Paralegal Certificate from North Texas State University. She subsequently became certified as a Texas Bar Paralegal and built a career specializing in Family Law and Immigration Law.
In 1996, Ms. Rodriguez relocated to Miami, Florida, where she joined several prominent immigration law firms. While working with the Law Office of Michael Bander, she had the opportunity to travel to Washington, D.C., alongside counsel Tammy Fox-Isicoff to participate in lobbying efforts surrounding the Illegal Immigration Reform and Immigrant Responsibility Act of 1996.
Building upon years of practical legal experience, Ms. Rodriguez entered law school in August 2000 and attended Barry School of Law in Orlando, Florida. During her legal studies, she became a member of the Delta Theta Phi Law Fraternity and completed her final year of law school at the University of Miami in Miami, Florida.
After graduating from law school and passing the bar examination in 2004, Ms. Rodriguez went on to lead a boutique law firm, where she focused her practice on Immigration Law, Family Law, and Foreclosure Defense.
